At InnovaForever.com, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and safely. Please read this policy carefully to understand how shipping works depending on the type of product you purchase.

1. For Affiliate Products (Third-Party Orders)

Did you purchase an item by clicking a “Buy on PetPivot” or “Check Price” button that took you to another website?

If so, shipping is handled entirely by that third-party vendor.

  • We do not control their shipping speeds, carriers, or costs.
  • You must check your email confirmation from that vendor for tracking numbers.
  • For questions about these orders, please contact the vendor (e.g., PetPivot) directly.

2. For InnovaForever Direct Purchases

Did you add an item to the cart and pay directly on InnovaForever.com?

If you purchased an item directly from our inventory, the following policy applies:

Processing Time

All direct orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for select items.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume or carrier issues.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship direct orders to addresses within [INSERT COUNTRY, e.g., the United States]. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

3. Order Status & Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
