2. For InnovaForever Direct Purchases

Did you purchase a product directly through the InnovaForever.com checkout system?

If you purchased an item directly from us (where “InnovaForever” appears on your credit card statement), the following policy applies:

Return Window

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return (Direct Sales Only)

To start a return for a direct purchase, you can contact us at the email below. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues
